Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Stargenz Pro or Elite subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the premium features until that date.

2. Refunds

Due to the high computational costs associated with AI generation and inference, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, including prorated refunds, for partial months of service or unused credits.

If you experience technical issues or billing errors, please reach out to our support team at support@stargenz.in within 7 days of the charge, and we will review the case at our discretion.
