1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the Stargenz AI chat assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

2. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Stargenz provides AI-generated content on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to provide a high-quality coding assistant, the AI can and will make mistakes.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that Stargenz assumes no responsibility or liability for:

  • Code defects, bugs, or security vulnerabilities introduced by AI-generated code.
  • Data loss or system corruption resulting from executing AI-generated commands or scripts.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on the AI responses.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying all AI-generated output before deploying it in production or executing it on your systems.

3. Prohibited Inputs

For your security and compliance with our data policies, you are explicitly instructed NOT to submit any of the following into the chat:

  • Passwords, API keys, or security tokens.
  • Financial credentials, credit card numbers, or bank details.
  • Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) or Personal Health Information (PHI).
  • Government-issued IDs or social security numbers.
  • Highly confidential trade secrets or proprietary intellectual property that you are legally prohibited from sharing.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use our service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to:

  • Generate, promote, or distribute malware, ransomware, or malicious code.
  • Engage in illegal activities, harassment, or abuse.
  • Abuse our APIs, bypass security controls, or attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
  • Engage in automated scraping or unauthorized data collection.

Violation of these acceptable use policies will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

5. Token Quotas & Fair Use

Your access to the Stargenz platform is subject to token limits. Any free token quotas (such as the 10-token promotional limit) and any unlimited VIP access grants are provided strictly subject to platform stability and fair-use policies.

Stargenz reserves the right to modify, restrict, or revoke access limits, quotas, and VIP statuses at any time at the administrator's discretion to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
